Ultimate Shape Program
Brewer's Bluegrass Tae Kwon Do Ultimate Shape (US) program.
If you want to trim down and shape up we can help you with our US program. The US program is not a Tae Kwon Do class. It is a good all around cardiovascular exercise program tailored to your individual needs. The US program is open to all ages. We have students from 14 to 60+. Men and women are welcomed to join. Each student is evaluated by Brewer's TKD staff so that an exercise program can be developed to meet your individual needs and abilities.
The class meets Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8:00 and lasts for 1 hour minimum. Cost is only $10 a week. Please call the school at 502-448-1286 for more information.
